Observation

Window coverings no longer retrofitted and now form a loop posing a safety hazard to children. Electronic cords viewed in classrooms on countertops all accessible to children. Plastic bags and rubber gloves accessible to children in classroom bathrooms posing a safety hazard. Tape on walls and in random places, all accessible to children, all posing a choking hazard. Rubber type liner in empty planter, torn and accessible to children, posing a choking hazard. Large objects in classrooms all unsecured and posing a falling objects hazard. Materials and clutter stacked on top of each other viewed in all classrooms being used. Items stored in open cabinets, are not secures and post a falling objects hazard.
